It’s like getting two for the price of one. Sharon and Sharon are two savvy, intelligent business professionals with extensive experience in the residential cleaning industry and the human resource side of managing your only real commodity – your employees. Besides their educational backgrounds they both have practical experience in “real world” settings. Although they are experts in their fields, their concepts are easy to follow because they speak in logical and practical terms. The emphasis is solely placed on residential cleaning. They give you helpful, understandable and doable solutions for the challenges you face every day.
“I have always been envious of people who were passionate about what they were doing. Their passion seemed to drive them to the top of their professions. Ironically, in many instances, it was their God given talent in the first place. My God given talent is speaking and I also have a passion for training. I love to train. I also have 20 years of experience managing a residential cleaning company. Through the years I have always felt there was a need for professional training in the residential cleaning service industry. I am so excited that I now have the time, experience and talent to be able to help fill this void”
